Our Barnoldswick factory produces the frame in-house. The front triangle is made in one piece, while the chain and seat stays combine aluminium and carbon. This hybrid design allows us to fit pivot bearings into the aluminium, maximizing spacing to extend their life. Features include internal cable routing, rubber frame protection, and a handy down tube storage compartment, or "Butty Box" as we like to call it. The 2024 model now uses a Fidlock mechanism for improved storage function, and there’s still space for your water bottle in the front triangle.

Shipping costs are free shipping for orders totalling over $100, and a flat rate of $15 for purchases totalling under $100. When goods are in-stock, orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the supplier.

Our returns policy allows you 30 days to return any unwanted item at your own cost, excluding items from made to order, pre order collections, samples or nutrition. All items must be returned via post to BikeChain HQ, or to the specified supplier.
