Similar to our Pro insert, the EDH features a dual-density design, combining a tough protective shell with our signature Original foam to dampen vibrations. Constructed from premium closed-cell foam, the Rimpact EDH is built to last, ensuring maximum durability and resilience. Its innovative design absorbs impacts effectively, reducing the risk of tire damage and boosting your confidence to take on any trail.
But the EDH is more than just protection—it also provides exceptional support, vibration damping, and run-flat performance. Its optimized shape enhances traction and stability, delivering the grip and control needed for heavier e-bike chassis and high-speed downhill runs.
Rimpact Inserts must be paired with an insert-compatible valve. The EDH is optimized for 2.5” tires and 35mm internal rims, although it can be used with narrower setups with increased difficulty. For 2.4” tires and 30mm rims, the Pro V2 may be a more suitable option unless you are experienced with insert installation.
To ensure proper coverage, use approximately 25% more sealant than recommended on the bottle. While our inserts are closed-cell and cannot absorb liquid, some sealant may cling to the outside, necessitating a slightly higher dosage. Sealant can be injected through Rimpact Valves or poured directly into the tire.
