Similar to our Pro insert, the EDH features a dual-density design with a sturdy protection shell to absorb extreme forces, paired with our classic Original foam to dampen vibrations. Crafted from high-quality closed-cell foam, the Rimpact EDH is built for maximum durability and resilience. Its unique design ensures superior impact absorption, reducing the risk of tire damage and providing confidence to tackle any line.
However, the EDH isn't solely focused on protection—it also offers unparalleled support, vibration damping, and run-flat performance. Its optimized shape enhances traction and stability, providing the necessary grip and control for heavier Ebike chassis and high-speed DH runs. We've also improved durability to withstand the rotational forces from the motor, ensuring a longer lifespan.
The Pro V2 insert is an enhanced version of our highly acclaimed Pro insert, offering ultimate protection, support, and weight ratio. The dual-layered design combines maximum protection and support with lightness, ease of fitting, and excellent vibration damping.
Rimpact Inserts must be used with an insert-compatible valve.
The EDH is optimized for 2.5” tires and 35mm internal rims. While it can be used with narrower setups, installation becomes more challenging for smaller sizes. For 2.4” tires and 30mm rims, the Pro V2 is a more suitable choice unless you're experienced in insert installation.
Use approximately 25% more sealant than recommended on the bottle to ensure the insert's extra surface area is adequately coated. Our inserts are closed-cell and cannot absorb liquid, but some sealant will cling to the outside, requiring a slightly higher dosage. It can be injected through Rimpact Valves or poured directly into the tire.
